Why Well Sauna?
It’s been said that all people are created equal; but nowhere more so than in a sauna, sadly not all saunas function equally well. Many of todays saunas are flawed interpretations of the authentic. Ours are built correctly enabling you to bathe the Finnish way and to keep your new spa sanitized as part of your daily wellness ritual.

Do you make barrel saunas?
No we don’t. The saunas we build aren’t assembled in “just a few hours” but with that comes things like insulation, vapour barrier and every other hallmark of an authentic sauna.
You’ll find that our product is smaller but truly comfortable to relax in heating your whole body from your toes up. They are 100% cleanable with our draining floor, which is imperative.
Can your small saunas be heated with wood?
Not currently given the interior dimensions and because these smaller builds don’t require such heat output to get a good sweat going.
How much space do your saunas require?
20 square feet is a good round number which would include the real estate required to have our door swing open.
I only have a 20 AMP circuit available is that enough power?
You’re in luck! We do source heaters which draw under 20 AMPs which provide adequate heat for most bathers. Working up from that we strongly recommend heaters 3 kw and up for improved heat cycling.
I have an infrared sauna already how does this compare?
Short answer, they don’t. Our saunas begin to perform where electromagnetic radiation reaches its limit. There is much more to be said however saunas without steam are simply full of hot air. If you’re looking for an authentic experience you’ll find that in a Well Sauna .
